Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where the transaction fails but the amount is debited from the customer’s account.
  • If the transaction is successful but the service is not delivered due to technical reasons, a refund will be initiated after verification.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • No refund will be provided for transactions that are successful and services are delivered.
  • Customers must raise refund requests within 3 working days from the date of transaction.
  • The company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal investigation.
